Adrian Bennett

Adrian's first race was a high school mountain bike race at age 16. During those years, he honed his skills on the trails of Mt. Tamalpais, chasing seasoned riders down technical terrain. Before his 18th birthday, Adrian also completed a Super Randonneur Series (200k, 300k, 400k, and 600k rides) with the San Francisco Randonneurs.

In 2013, he upgraded from a 1969 Raleigh to a steel frame he designed and welded, beginning his road racing journey. Within five years, Adrian progressed to Category 2, excelling in criteriums, road races, and stage races. His off-road experience gave him an edge in technical corners and tight packs. While road racing's strategy and teamwork captivated him, Adrian also competed in cross-country mountain biking, cyclocross, gravel events, and races like the Unbound 200.

Adrian’s racing career was curtailed by a heart valve condition, but his passion now fuels his coaching. With experience as a bike racer, mechanic, and power meter industry professional, Adrian addresses the diverse needs of his athletes. A compassionate listener with a systematic approach, he helps clients overcome physical and mental challenges while mastering event preparation and logistics.

Since 2018, Adrian has coached elite road racers, ultra-distance cyclists, mountain bike racers, and riders of all levels for events like Unbound Gravel, USAC Road Racing, the Day Across Minnesota, XC/CX racing, and PacTour. Whether remotely or in person, his guidance improves technical skills and builds confidence for success on any terrain.

Sean Bennett

Sean’s passion for the bike started on a mountain bike in high school and took him to the highest level in the sport; competing professionally from 2015 - 2022. This included three years competing on the World Tour and rubbing elbows (literally) with the world’s best riders, highlighted with finishes at two Grand Tours; the Tour de France and the Giro d’Italia.

As Sean’s cycling career progressed from the junior ranks to the World Tour stage, so did his desire to learn and understand how to maximize his performance and achieve his best. In addition to following the guidance of his coaches, he often found himself observing the strategies and techniques of those finishing in front him. Consequently, he also identified common habits and behaviors that negatively impacted a riders ability to reach their potential such as inconsistent communication with a coach and improper fueling during training. Applying those same skills and lessons to his training and racing, this method proved effective and one he considers a major factor to his success.

Having experienced the highs and lows of professional cycling , Sean finds true joy in helping riders navigate every aspect required to reach their full potential. Although his knowledge and experience as a rider is unparalleled, this is rivaled by his demeanor and compassion as a coach.

Quinn Felton

Bikes have always been a part of Quinn’s life, fueling his infectious love for the sport. This passion has driven him to spend the past two years racing internationally for Aevolo Pro Cycling and the U.S. National Team - all while earning a degree in software engineering. Quinn attributes much of his success to his analytical mindset, a love for numbers, and a strong focus on self-improvement. These qualities shape his coaching philosophy, emphasizing a detail-oriented approach and long-term progress.

The son of two mountain bike racers, Quinn grew up surrounded by bikes, though his early athletic focus was on ice hockey. It wasn’t until high school, through the NICA mountain bike league, that he shifted his full attention to two wheels. From there, he explored disciplines ranging from downhill to track racing before finding his niche on the road during college. He flew through the ranks of the NorCal road racing scene, focusing on dialing in his race craft and sixth sense before stepping into the pro ranks.

With his upbeat attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and experience learning from top-tier mentors, Quinn began coaching to share his knowledge and help riders achieve their goals.

Cam Piper

Cam started coaching in 2019 because of a desire to help others reach their potential. He has achieved a high level of success, both on the bike and in a ‘9-5 job’, and believed he could help others striving the balance similar lifestyles.

Cam’s endurance endeavors started back in high school. Fast forward through college, he found himself in California managing the Specialized Win Tunnel while continuing to hone his skills on the bike. The latter truly shone through in 2016 when he was crowned the USA Cycling Amateur Road Time Trial champion. This lead to him to joining the UCI Continental Team, Team Illuminate, and spending the next five years racing all over the world, while still balancing a full time job at Specialized.

Cam has a strong belief in the mental side of the sport. Racing at your best isn’t always about who has the best legs on the day. Time management and perspective is crucial for putting oneself in the best position come race day.

With an education in engineering, Cameron blends the technical details of performance with the larger goals an athlete has in mind.  With a unique background of managing a full-time job with racing professionally for half a decade, he's excited to pass along this experience with others!

Dana Williams

Owner and Founder of AchievePTC, Dana is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. Keys to his success as a coach and trainer since 2004 include connecting with his clients through personal interaction and adapting to different abilities, skill levels, and personalities.

Dana grew up riding BMX and mountain bikes. He raced MTB as a teenager and then got into road biking in 2001 after retiring as a member of the Canadian Alpine Ski Team. His vast experience, as both a coach and athlete, allows him to offer valuable tips and advice beneficial to the beginner rider and all the way up to elite and national champion racers.

Dana achieved his goal of becoming a national champion in 2015 when he won the USA Cycling Masters 40-44 Criterium Championship race in Ogden, Utah. In addition, his results include 5th place in the 2015 Elite Criterium Championship, multi-time California State (NCNCA district) Champion in the elite and masters categories, and four top-15 finishes at the 2014 BC Superweek (attended by many North American Pro Continental Teams).
