Supporting Junior Racing

Achieve Performance Training and Coaching (#AchievePTC) is honored to be a sponsor of the NCNCA Junior Race Series, going on its third year of sponsorship.

“I’m grateful to be able to support the junior race series in our region for a third year in a row. Road racing is a beautiful sport that teaches kids valuable lessons that they can use for the rest of their lives,” said AchievePTC Founder Dana Williams.

The sponsorship includes a $500 cash prize that is divided among the top three finishers of the male and female junior categories. The seven-race series runs from the beginning of January until the end of July. The awards ceremony takes place at the NCNCA Awards Banquet in September.

AchievePTC coaches have attended the event the past two years to help give out the cash prizes. It’s something they look forward to every year.

“The smiles on the kids’ faces as they walk up to get their prize is special. I have coached a number of junior racers, both road and mountain bikers, over the past few years and their enthusiasm is infectious,” Coach Sofi said.

“I’m thrilled AchievePTC continues to support junior road racing.”

The seven race series, rider eligibility, scoring and rules is outlined below.
