Easiest Pancakes Ever

Yes, it’s so simple. All you need is:

– 2 eggs
– 1 banana

That’s it!



1. Put the banana in a bowl and mush with a fork until it’s like a soft paste.






2. Add the two eggs to the banana ‘mush’ and stir for about a minute, or until it’s runny, like pancake or cake batter





3. Heat a frying pan. Add a little butter and then use a scoop to poor the size of pancakes you prefer. Cook until brown on one side, then flip and do the same to the other side




4. Put pancakes on a plate and garnish with what ever you’d like.

5. Eat and enjoy.
