Spring 2021: (TBA) Time – Spring Celebration at TBA location. Meet other Achieve athletes, enjoy some food and drinks and even win some swag.

End of Summer 2021: (TBA) Time – Summer Ride & Lunch – We’ll ride together for 2.5-3hrs, with some fun racing and an opportunity to snag a Strava KOM/QOM in the mix. A catered picnic lunch will be awaiting us at the end of the ride. Location TBA.

Join USA National Criterium Champion, 5-time California State Champion and AchievePTC Head Coach Dana Williams as he shares his top tips to success on the bike.

Sport Nutrition: Optimize Your Performance: As the old saying goes ‘what you put in is what you get out’. And this certainly is the case in cycling. The nutrition you put in your body has a direct relationship to your performance on your next ride or race. Join Sport Nutritionist and AchievePTC Coach Sofia Marin as she shares what to eat and when to eat it to maximize your riding/training and racing.

The Ins and Outs of a Bike Fit: Riding your bike, whether it’s one hour or 12 hours, requires you to sit on the saddle and generate power to your pedals. The position and height of your saddle, handle bars and pedals have a direct effect on your comfort and amount of power you can create and hence, the speed you can achieve. Join Master Bike Fitter and AchievePTC Coach Ryan Moore as he shares the ins and outs of effective bike fit.
