When I first started the AchievePTC website, one of my goals was to write a weekly blog to share some of what I have gained from my years of experience as both a coach and an elite athlete.
If you’ve looked at the blog recently you have no doubt seen that I haven’t quite lived up to that. The reason being is good news related to the business; Achieve Performance Training & Coaching has grown substantially over the last year. I’m training and coaching 20 to 30 athletes at any given times so my time for marketing has been squeezed.
However, I am pleased to announce that I am officially restarting the Achieve PTC blog as a weekly blog. With the able assistance of Eric Davis (Cat 2 rider with SquadraSF and Achieve athlete), who has written for Cycling Illustrated (among others), we will be posting each and every week throughout the year.
Beginning this week I will be posting a new article; on topics ranging from nutrition and effective training for the endurance athlete, to interviews and feature stories on Achieve athletes. And lastly, at the end of every month I will invite an Achieve PTC athlete to contribute a race report to the blog.
I can’t wait to read them.
