Structured/ informative coaching and program

The aspect I like most about cycling and/or racing is:

It’s social and athletic. It challenges me, yet is meditative at the same time. It helps me maintain good health and it’s so fun.

My favourite bike is:

Right now my mountain bike, a Specialized Camber, because it’s a great performer considering weight and options.

The cycling/sporting accomplishment I’m most proud of is:

Downieville; I’ve fortunately been able to consistently stand on the podium. But that hasn’t come easy…lots of hard work.

If I could be one animal I would be a:

Lynx – it fits my personality and traits.

Of the following three facts, two are true and one is false:

I owned a pony as a child;
I lived in a hippie commune for ~1 yr;
I completed the swim from Alcatraz

My goals for the 2014 season include:

Top 3 finish at Downieville (Aug 2-3. 2014);
Improve Power by 10%
Better mountain biking skills
Improve pre/post ride activities (stretching, core workouts as prescribed
Understand/improve nutrition (so adequately fueled on rides, not over or under fueled or hydrated)
Learn race skills (warm up, when/where to exert what effort during races)
Increase power/weight ratio by Downieville
Be fast!
