Achieve athlete since:

May 2016

Top accomplishments and/or results since being an Achieve athlete are:

The best part about being an Achieve athlete is:

The aspect I like most about cycling and/or racing is:

Competition. I used to race motorcycles. Cycling fulfills that competitive need in a similar way. The second (and related motivation) is continuous improvement.

My favourite bike is:

My Tarmac. It has run all kinds of races very well, been my commuter and even put up with some off road adventures.

The cycling/sporting accomplishment I’m most proud of is:

Finishing top 10 in an AMA pro motorcycle road race.

If I could be one animal I would be a:

Eagle. Flying + superhuman eyesight.

Of the following three facts, two are true and one is false:

I’ve climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.

I was home schooled.

I’m a scuba instructor.

My goals for the upcoming season include:
  1. Improve my threshold by 10% by September
  2. Improve my 10 second sprint power by 15% by September
  3. Upgrade to Cat 1
  4. 1 top 10 finish in a P1/2 road race in 2016. 5 top 5 finishes in P1/2 crits/circuits in 2016
