I love how cycling has given me so much confidence that has translated into my day to day life.

My favourite bike is:

My Mars Cycles track bike. The moment I rode it, it became my favorite bike. It was custom made so it’s the most comfortable thing I’ve ever ridden.

The cycling/sporting accomplishment I’m most proud of is:

If I could be one animal I would be a:

A fox! I like hiding in dark, quiet places and squawking at things so it’d be a natural transition.

Of the following three facts, two are true and one is false:

I have an obsession with pigeons. I’ve eaten a stick of butter on it’s own. I played jazz-trombone in highschool.

My goals for the 2019 season include:
  1. Podium at Track Nationals
  2. Increase Sprint, 5 min and 20 min power
  3. Maintain consistent energy throughout the season
  4. Sleep 8 hours a night
  5. Manage stress better
